Mark Achilles
Mark graduated from the University of South Wales with a deep passion for chiropractic care, sparked by his own experience with a sports injury in 2017. After trying various treatments with no success, it was a chiropractor who finally provided relief, inspiring Mark to pursue this profession. During his university years, he broadened his understanding of chiropractic care by shadowing at multiple clinics, where he gained invaluable insights into patient management and the diverse approaches within the field.
Mark has a strong interest in neuroscience and human biochemistry, which he integrates into his practice to enhance his diagnostic capabilities. This knowledge allows him to approach complex cases with a unique perspective, aiming to address not just the symptoms, but the underlying causes of his patients’ issues.
He places a heavy focus on honesty and transparency, ensuring that his patients are fully informed at every step of their care. Mark’s approach involves taking a thorough case history and emphasizing patient education, helping patients understand both their diagnosis and the management strategies that will best support their recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Mark enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter. In his personal time, he stays active by running, exercising, and playing games.
“My goal is to see you, the patient, through your complaints, witness your progress, and ultimately see you as little as possible. I believe that the true measure of success in chiropractic care is not how often a patient needs to visit, but how well they can maintain their health independently. I’m here to guide you to that point.”
