Caroline Walton

Caroline Walton

Caroline is a registered chiropractor with over a decade of clinical experience, having trained and practised since 2012. She is committed to delivering evidence-informed care focused on improving musculoskeletal function, reducing pain, and supporting long-term patient outcomes.

Her clinical approach centres on the relationship between the spine, nervous system, and overall body function. Treatment aims to optimise joint mobility, address soft tissue dysfunction, and support the body’s natural capacity for recovery and adaptation.

Caroline utilises a range of techniques tailored to individual patient needs, including manual chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy. These interventions are applied with a focus on patient comfort, safety, and clinical effectiveness.

Her interest in chiropractic care developed following her own experience of managing musculoskeletal pain associated with physically demanding work in the equine industry. This background informs her practical, patient-centred approach to care, particularly in supporting individuals with occupational or activity-related strain.

Caroline advocates for a proactive approach to musculoskeletal health, incorporating patient education, self-management strategies, and where appropriate, ongoing care to maintain spinal health and functional performance.

She welcomes patients seeking professional, evidence-based care to improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance quality of life.
